We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor (approx. 2-3 days per week) to join our team from May 2026. This role involves weekday and weekend shifts. Competitive hourly rate offered.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver personalised, expert customer service tailored to each shopper’s needs and style.

- Offer knowledgeable advice on product selection and styling.

- Stay up-to-date on all brands we carry, including their history, craftsmanship, and standout features.

- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges smoothly and efficiently.

- Keep the store looking its best - maintaining presentation standards across sales areas, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.

- Participate in training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Help the team meet sales targets and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment.

- Get involved in promotional activities and in-store events to enhance the shopping experience.

- Assist with modelling and work with the content team to support website and social media content creation.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Ecommerce Operative (approx. 2-3 days per week) to join our team from May 2026. This role involves weekday and weekend shifts. Competitive hourly rate offered.

What You’ll Do

- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and presentation.

- Process returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.

- Assist with stock organisation and inventory accuracy.

- Support with incoming deliveries and stock transfers when required.

- Help maintain a clean, organised workspace.

- Communicate clearly with the retail and ecommerce teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

- Good organisational skills and time management.

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your workload.

- Comfortable using basic computer systems (ecommerce platforms, order management, etc.).

- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to help where needed.

- Previous ecommerce or warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Role Details

Part-time position (hours to be discussed).

Weekend availability essential.
