A Closer Look: Pittari

Pittari is one of the brands we're proudest of at Peggs & son, having helped launch it back in 2023 alongside a design and production team we've worked with for 20 years. The concept is deceptively simple: beautiful knitwear made from heritage British yarns, including Hinchcliffe from North Yorkshire, combined with thoughtful design and sharp pricing. In just a couple of years, Pittari has grown into one of the most sought-after names in independent menswear, and this season we've worked with them again on an exclusive range, with new colours and new pieces developed especially for us.

At the core of the collection is the Usk, a mini roll neck in 12-gauge lambswool with the roll detail carried through to the hem and cuffs. The standout piece is the Ian Cardigan, an exclusive piece cut from heavy Donegal-yarn with a double-zip, pockets on the hips, and three great colourways. Elsewhere, the lambswool Polo remains a true staple, in the same 12-gauge yarn, and with a fully fashioned placket and tonal fisheye buttons across around eight colourways. As always, the whole range runs true to size, and it's exclusive to Peggs & son.
